My Life

I am not very different from you. I have not lived an extraordinary life, but I plan on doing extraordinary things.
I consider myself quirky yet actually very normal.
In 2005, I marryied the boy I met online when I was 16. He’s from England and has taken me there several times.
I work as a resident counselor at a school/home for misguided youth.
My BA is in English and Mass Communication.
I am apart of a mentoring program that has changed my life, because they have helped me change my thoughts.
I have two cats.
And my best friend and I have the same shade of red hair exactly.

My Passions

God. No one has changed my life like Him. He has given me everything I have. He deserves the glory.
I love writing. It is a life goal of mine to have a book published. I working on one right now.
One of my callings is ministering to young ladies. I believe very strongly in nurturing the generation behind me into strong, confident women.

My Favorites

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte will always be my all-time favorite book.
I love having hot tea in the evenings.
Fashion, photography, and design have long since been an interest of mine.
Cherry blossoms and roses are my favorite flowers.
Some of my favorite music includes mewithoutYou, Bright Eyes, and Misty Edwards.

I desire to live life in the fullest. I dream of the future and remember the past, but I live in the moment! I’m truly a child at heart. I use this blog to capture some of the quirky, sweet, interesting or mundane, happy moments of my life. Enjoy.
